Dhaka: Awami League President and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will hold another dialogue with the National Unity Front led by Dr. Kamal Hossain on November 7 (Wednesday). The dialogue will be held at 11 am on that day in the 'small space' of Ganabhaban.
Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader said this in response to a question from journalists after the Awami League's dialogue with 14 parties at Ganabhaban on Sunday (November 4) night.
Obaidul Quader said, "Our leader is open to dialogue. We will hold dialogue with as many different parties as possible by the 7th. Different parties want to hold dialogue. No more dialogue is possible after November 7th."
In response to a question about Khaleda Zia's parole, the Awami League General Secretary said, "Why would the issue of parole come up? If a close relative dies or if she needs treatment abroad, the issue of parole application can come up. Will she vote on parole? That cannot happen."
Earlier, from 8:15 pm, the leaders of the 14 partner parties, led by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, held a meeting until 10 pm.
