The 60th Annual General Meeting of Bangladesh Steel Re-Rolling Mills Limited (BSRM) was held. The meeting was held on the digital platform around 12 noon on Wednesday. The meeting was held under the chairmanship of company chairman Ali Hossain Akbar Ali.
The meeting approved the company's audited accounts and the board of directors' report for the financial year 2021-22.
The annual general meeting of BSRM Steel was also held and the shareholders unanimously approved the appointment of directors and auditors of the company for the financial year 2022-23.
In the meeting, the managing director of the company, Amir Ali Hossain, presented the report of the board of directors and informed the shareholders about the future plans of the company.
Shareholders participate in the annual general meeting by accessing the web link with their respective BO IDs and unanimously approve all agendas including 35 percent cash dividend of the company.
In the meeting, the shareholders asked questions on various issues including the audited accounts and the company secretary answered their questions.
