A discussion meeting on militancy and anti-terrorism awareness was held with the teachers and students of various educational institutions of Kamalnagar upazila of Lakshmipur.
A discussion meeting was held under the chairmanship of Hazirhat Hamedia Fazil Degree Madrasa Md. Zayed Hossain Farooqui on Saturday afternoon. Upazila Executive Officer Mohammad Mahbubul Alam Majumdar was the chief guest at the meeting. Kamalnagar Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Kabir Ahmed, Upazila Education Officer Ahsan Ullah were the special guests.
At that time, Madrasa Vice Principal Md. Delwar Hossain, Md. Mahbubur Rahman, Md. Yachin and other teachers/students spoke.
Meanwhile, similar awareness discussion meeting against militancy and terrorism was held in Farashganj Faiz Am Alim Madrasa, Toaha Smriti Girls High School, Hazirhat Millat Academy, West Lawrence Mahila Dakhil Madrasa and other educational institutions.
