A joyous procession was held at Kamalnagar in Laxmipur to celebrate Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina becoming the president again and Ahonkar Obaidul Quader, Minister of Road Transport and Bridges, Noakhali as General Secretary at the conference of Bangladesh Awami League.
Upazila Awami League organized this on Tuesday (October 25) around 5:30 pm. The joyous procession started from in front of the party office and went around Hazirhat Bazar.
At the end of the procession, Upazila Terrorism and Militancy Prevention Committee President Advocate Anwarul Haque, Upazila Awami League Senior Vice President Hazirhat Union Chairman Nizam Uddin, Awami League Leader Rashed Billah Alamgir, Mostafizur Rahman Hawladar, Mohammad Yusuf Ali (Mia Bhai), Women's Awami League Leader Rebecca Mohsin, Shajeda Akhter Sumi, Upazila Jubo League President Fazlul Haque Sabuj, General Secretary Ahsan Ulyah Hiran, Chhatra League President Jahangir Alam Biplab and Volunteer League President Mohi Uddin Sohel and others.
