Own representative: As part of the celebration and implementation of National Fisheries Week-18, the Kamalnagar Upazila Fisheries Office of Lakshmipur organized a press conference on Wednesday (July 18) morning. The press conference was held at the Spandan Hall room of the Upazila Parishad. Kamalnagar Upazila Executive Officer Mohammad Imtiaz Hossain delivered a written statement at the press conference. At that time, Assistant Commissioner (Land) Md. Yasin and Upazila Senior Fisheries Officer Abdul Quddus along with local representatives of various media were present. It was informed at the press conference that the National Fisheries Week will be celebrated from July 18-24 this year with the theme "Bangabandhu's Bangladesh, a Self-Complete Fish Country". During this time, various programs including rallies, processions, and the release of fish fry have been taken up in Kamalnagar Upazila.
