The Laxmipur District Chhatra League held a protest march and rally as part of the central program to demand the execution of the High Court verdict by bringing back Tariq Rahman to the country.
Today at 12 noon, the procession started from North Temuhani traffic square of the city, circled the main main road and reached South Temuhani to meet the rally. Meanwhile, the leaders and activists demanded that Tariq Rahman be brought back from England to the country and the judgment of the High Court be implemented.

In his speech, the General Secretary said that the High Court of Bangladesh has canceled the acquittal of the New Court in the money laundering case and sentenced BNP leader Tarek Rahman to 7 years in prison and a fine of Tk 20 crore. Immediately brought Tariq Rahman back to the country and insisted on implementing the judgment of the High Court.
