In Bogra's Nandigram, a complaint has been received against the construction of a building in the municipal headquarters in violation of the court order. The younger sister Sajeda Bibi made this complaint against her brother Afzal Hossain of Purbapara of Ward No. 8 of the municipality. Yesterday, on Friday, she complained that on April 21, Nandigram Thana Asst. Civil Case 120/22 (Distribution) was filed in the Judge's Court. Defendant Afzal Hossain tried to seize the property even though the case was pending in the court. In this regard, the plaintiff of the case Sajeda Bibi complained to the court of senior assistant judge. On April 24, Assistant Judge Abhijit Sarkar Subrata gave a temporary restraining order to the defendant Afzal Hossain in order No. 2. The OC of the police station was directed to take necessary action. However, in defiance of the court order, the defendants are forcibly constructing the building. When trying to stop, the plaintiffs and defendants clashed. The plaintiff in the case alleged that even after informing the police station, they did not take legal action. Afzal Hossain, the defendant in the case, could not be contacted for comment. In this context, the officer in charge (OC) of Nandigram police station.
