Upazila Management and Development Project (UGDP) Local Government Department and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) conducted freelancing training among 25 educated unemployed youth with the aim of creating self-employment. Training on freelancing was held at Upazila UITRCE training center last (June 6 Monday) at 10 am. Upazila Executive Officer Shifa Nusrat inaugurated the program, Chief Guest spoke, Upazila Chairman Rezaul Ashraf Jinnah, Upazila Vice Chairman Dulal Chandra Mahant, Women Vice Chairman Srabani Akhter Banu, Youth Development Officer Abdur Rauf, etc. Later, the speakers discussed about freelancing training among the trainees. Habib Hossain, a trainer trained in district youth development, took the inaugural class of the said freelancing.
