Police have arrested 8 gamblers from Kamalnagar in Laxmipur. They were arrested around 7 pm on Wednesday (today). Based on a secret tip-off, they were arrested from a gambling den in Hazirhat Bazar. The names of the 8 gamblers could not be immediately identified. Kamalnagar Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Akul Chandra Biswas said that legal action will be taken against them.
