Hajirhat Coast College Govt Rally

Laxmipur: Hajirhat Coastal College of Kamalnagar Upazila of Laxmipur being Govt. rally and sweets were distributed. College authorities organized a rally on Monday morning congratulating Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for making the college official as promised. The rally left the college campus and circled the main main road of the Upazila Sadar Hajihat Bazar. The acting principal of the college said in the rally. Lokman Hossain, UP Chairman. Abul Khair, Faisal Ahmed Ratan, Jubo League leader Mejbah Uddin Helal, Mejbah Uddin Bappi and AHM Ahsan Ullah Hiron, along with teachers and staff of the college and thousands of students participated. At the end of the procession sweets are distributed to everyone.
According to college sources, the Ministry of Education issued a notification on Sunday making 271 private colleges official including this college. Established in 1990, this college has about 1500 students in higher secondary and degree branches. There are 38 teachers-employees working in it.
