Laxmipur: One of the leaders of Jatiya Oikya Front and president of Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JSD) ASM Abdur Rob has submitted nomination papers from Lakshmipur-4 (Ramgatti-Kamalnagar) constituency to participate in the 11th National Assembly elections.
On Tuesday (November 27) afternoon, he submitted the nomination paper to Assistant Returning Officer and Ramgati Upazila Executive Officer (UNO) Mohammad Rafiqul Haque.
JSD vice-president Tanya Rab along with the leaders of Ramgati-Kamalnagar upazila were present. Earlier last Thursday (November 22) the nomination form was collected for him from the same office.
Earlier, JSD president ASM Abdur Rab was elected as a member of Parliament three times from Lakshmipur-4 (Ramgatti-Kamalnagar) constituency.
