Eid-ul-Azha is celebrated early in 10 villages in Lakshmipur

Eid-ul-Azha is being celebrated today Tuesday (21st August) in 10 villages in Laxmipur along with Saudi Arabia. Nearly a thousand Muslims of 10 villages including Noagaon, Jaipura, Bigha, Baro Gharia, Hotatia, Sharshoi, Kanchanpur and Raipur upazila and Bashikpur of Sadar upazila are celebrating Eid-ul-Azha today.
At 7 in the morning, Eid prayers were held at Eidgah Maidan of Madania Kasemia Ramganj Upazila Branch in Khankay. It was led by Maulana Md. Monirul Islam Majumder. Almost thousands of Muslims of these villages perform Eid prayers individually in the Eid Gaon field. After the prayer, they pray and pray for the peace of the world Muslim Ummah. Then he slaughtered the sacrificial animal in the hope of getting God's pleasure.
As followers of Maulana Ishaq (RA), the people of these areas have been celebrating all religious festivals, including Eid, in line with the holy land of Makkah and Madinah. Muslims of these villages have been celebrating Eid in harmony with Saudi Arabia for the past 38 years.
