Regarding the controversial Digital Security Act, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has said that journalists have no reason to worry about it. Because I don't see anything to worry about for a journalist who doesn't give false information.
He said this in response to a journalist's question at a press conference held at Ganabhaban on Wednesday afternoon to share his experience attending the UN General Assembly session.
The Prime Minister also said, "You (journalists) gave false information against someone, and his reputation was damaged. But it won't happen if you don't get hurt. The journalist will have to prove that the information he wrote is true."
