Oikyafront will send a letter on Sunday seeking dialogue again

BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has said that further discussions may be held 'in a short space' in view of the seven-point demands of the National Unity Front. To this end, the Unity Front will submit another formal letter to the Awami League president's Dhanmondi political office on Sunday (November 4).

Mirza Fakhrul made these remarks to reporters after an hour-long meeting at the Motijheel Chamber of Oikyafront's top leader Dr. Kamal Hossain at night. The meeting began at 7:45 pm.

He said, during the dialogue with the Prime Minister on November 1, it was discussed that further discussions could be held on a short scale in the context of the seven-point demands of the National Unity Front. In the context of that discussion, it was decided that another letter would be sent to the Prime Minister on Sunday. Since she said that the discussions would continue, the letter will be sent.

Fakhrul said, "A letter has already been sent to the Election Commission not to announce the schedule until the dialogue is over. That matter will also be mentioned in this letter. We hope that there will be a dialogue on a small scale in the future."

The BNP Secretary General said, "We will try to consider the issues to resolve the current political crisis."

How many could there be? In response to a question from reporters, Fakhrul said, "It is not possible to say right now, but it will be limited in size."

Meanwhile, leaving the meeting, one of the leaders of the Oikyafront, Mahmudur Rahman Manna, said that the Oikyafront will write a letter to the Prime Minister on Sunday for a small-scale dialogue. In addition, there will be public meetings in Dhaka on November 6 and in divisional cities from November 9.

He said that a letter has been sent requesting not to release the schedule on Saturday, but if the schedule is still announced, the next program will be given.

Manna said, from now on, Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has been given the responsibility, he will inform everyone.
