The Ministry of Education has urged to declare the results of the school-college annual examination by the first week of December.
National elections are due in December. Usually from the end of November to the end of December various school-college annual exams are held. This time, the Ministry of Education has ordered to reduce the time of taking the exam and publishing the result.
The Education Minister said that all the examination work should be completed between the first week of November and the first week of December.
Primary and secondary school teachers should be involved in the selection process. That's why it has been decided to finish the exam and result publication earlier, thinking about the teachers. The annual examination is conducted by the schools but the timing is fixed by the education board.
The education minister also said that the instructions to bring forward the examination have already been sent to the boards.
