Journalist of Lakshmipur. Mubarak Hossain is no more. He died of a heart attack in Dhaka this morning (Innalillahi wa Innailhi Rajeun).
He was the executive editor of 'Saptahik Elan' newspaper published from Lakshmipur. Journalists are deeply saddened by the untimely death of a journalist. He was 40 years old at the time of his death.
Confirming the death, Zakir Hossain Bhuiyan Azad, editor of daily Lakshmipur Samachar and weekly Elan, said that he last spoke to Mubarak at 12 midnight. Heart attack in the morning. He was taken to the hospital almost immediately. But by then it was all over. The doctors declared him dead.
