People from all walks of life in Bangladesh paid their respects to the victims of the terrorist attack at Holy Artzan Bakery in Gulshan of the capital.
This ceremony of paying tribute was completed at the Army Stadium in Dhaka at 10 am on Monday.

At least 33 local and foreign people were taken hostage by a group of gunmen at Holy Artisan Bakery at Gulshan 2 last Friday night. After about 12 hours, the armed forces took control of the restaurant by conducting a commando operation. They rescued the bodies of 20 people and 13 hostages alive on Saturday morning.
Among the dead, nine are Italians, seven are Japanese and one is Indian. The remaining three were Bangladeshis, one of whom also had US citizenship.
