A discussion was held on the occasion of International Anti-Corruption Day in Kamalnagar, Lakshmipur on the theme "Let's unite against corruption".
On Friday (December 9) at 10 am, the discussion meeting was presided over by Upazila Corruption Prevention Committee President Principal Md. Zayed Hossain Farooqui. Kamalnagar Police Station In-Charge (OC) Akul Chandra Biswas, freedom fighter Abu Nur Selim, Press Club President M. A. Majid, General Secretary Md. Waji Ullah Jewel, Editor of the recent Swadesh newspaper Md. Russell Patwari, Principal Ali Hossain, JSD General Secretary Shahadat Hossain Nirab, journalist Kazi Yunus, lecturer Lokman Hossain, Maoist. Gias Uddin and others spoke.
Later, a rally took place and circled various roads in the upazila.
