Bangladeshi killed in road accident in Oman

A person from Rangunia of Chittagong died in a road accident in Oman. His name is Mohammad Ismail Hossain (40). He is a resident of Nichintapur area of Ward No. 6 of Hochnabad Union of Upazila. The accident happened last Sunday around 9:30 pm local time in Oman.

According to the relatives of the deceased, Ismail was seriously injured when he was hit by a speeding car while crossing the road in the Suik area of Oman. Later, the passers-by rescued him and took him to the hospital, where the doctor declared him dead.

Emran Hossain, a resident of Oman, said Ismail used to shop in Kabura Sanaiya area. He died after being hit by a car while bringing food.
Hochnabad UP Chairman Danu Mia said that the process of bringing the body to the country is underway. Ismail was the third of four brothers in the family. He has a wife, a daughter and a son.
