A preparatory meeting was held in Kamalnagar, Laxmipur to mark the 44th founding anniversary of the Jatiya Samaj Tantric Dal (JSD). The meeting was held at the residence of Md. Dulal Saddar, president of Charfalkon Union JSD of the upazila, on Sunday (November 6) evening. The preparatory meeting was chaired by former Charfalkon JSD president Md. Anwar Hossain, and was attended by JSD Upazila General Secretary Md. Shahadat Hossain Nirab, Organizing Secretary ABM Babul Munshi, Co-Organizing Secretary Momin Ullah, Charfalkon Union General Secretary Shamsu Howlader, Ward No. 1 General Secretary Jamal Dewan and student leader Shibbir Mahmud Dewan, among others. After the meeting, a procession was taken out at Hazirhat Bazar of the upazila. The procession circled the main roads of the market and ended at Uttar Bazar.
A discussion meeting will be held on the occasion of the 44th founding anniversary of JSD on Thursday afternoon, November 10, at the auditorium of Hajirhat Hamedia Fazil Degree Madrasa in the upazila. JSD President Asam Abdur Rab, the first flag-raiser of independence, will be present as the chief guest, and JSD Vice President Mrs. Tania Ror, including central leaders, will be present as special guests.
